I just changed out my sparkplugs at around 100,000km. I was definitely able to notice a difference – just generally more smooth. I put in the same plugs that come stock – the stock OEM factory plugs are Champion Double Platinum.

Just got some new parts. Actual weights below! Easton Haven Carbon handlebar (711mm 20mm rise): 170grams Easton Haven Stem (70mm): 144grams Note that for the bar, the stem was used to prop up the bar on the scale. The scale was tared with the stem on it before placing the bar on.
